Islington Museum

This free museum tells the story of the borough and its people from prehistory to the present day. Subjects and objects covered in its collections include the nearby Sadler's Wells Theatre, Joe Orton, Walter Sickert, Arsenal Football Club, local LGBTQ+ history, and a bust of Lenin that had to be removed from Finsbury Town Hall because it kept getting defaced
